Terms and Conditions

1. General Site Rules
By entering the pitch area, guests accept the Terms and Conditions. The German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) apply throughout the entire site—please drive at walking pace.
Stays are only permitted with valid TÜV/ASU and gas inspection certificates. To ensure nighttime peace and quiet, the site has minimal lighting. Please use your flashlights and stick to paved paths only. Pitch fees must be paid at reception before the first overnight stay. Departure must be completed by 11:00 AM. After this time, a new pitch fee will be charged. Please leave your pitch clean and undamaged upon departure. Please be considerate of other guests and avoid noise disturbances. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Driving motor vehicles during this time is prohibited.
Our waste disposal concept is based on ecological principles. We appeal to your environmental awareness and ask that you sort your waste and place it separately in the appropriate containers in our environmental park. Open fires are strictly prohibited. Grilling next to your vehicle is only permitted with electric or gas grills. The person causing damage to the pitch park’s facilities and equipment is liable, and claims for damages will be made against them. We accept no liability for theft or damage to our guests’ property by third parties or force majeure, nor for injuries or accidents on our camping park. We recommend taking out private camping insurance.

Dogs must be registered and kept on a leash at all times on the site. Walking pets on the pitch area is strictly prohibited. Dogs may not be left unattended on the campsite without supervision. Failure to comply may result in enforcement of house rules. Soiling is not permitted on the pitch; should this occur, it must be removed immediately by the pet owner.

In exercising house rules, staff may refuse admission to persons or ask them to leave the site. Personal data is stored electronically as required for administrative purposes. We reserve the right to correct errors, including printing and calculation mistakes. The operation of air conditioning and heating systems is generally prohibited; these are only permitted by prior arrangement and with an additional electricity surcharge.
Failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions may result in expulsion from the site without refund of pitch fees.

2. Booking & Cancellations
By clicking the “Book” button, a pitch in your selected size is reserved with us and thus blocked. In the event of non-arrival without advance payment, we reserve the right to charge the full invoice amount. If the pitch is unexpectedly not needed, the reservation must be cancelled in writing, stating your reservation number. The cancellation terms apply.

3. With the reservation confirmation we guarantee you a pitch, but not necessarily the desired size. Pitches are allocated according to availability. The deposit amount will show which pitch size has been allocated to you. If there is more than a 2-size difference from your booking, we will inform you in the reservation confirmation.

4. The pitch is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure at the earliest. No refund will be given for early departure. Departures after 11:00 AM will be charged one day’s pitch fee plus a penalty fee of €25.00 for each day the pitch is blocked, not booked, or unavailable.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel the contract at any time. In your own interest and to avoid misunderstandings, cancellation must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by us is decisive for determining the
cancellation date. The best method is delivery by

If you cancel the contract, we may charge reasonable compensation according to the following schedule:

• 30 days before arrival: €20.00
• If the guest cancels within 30 days before arrival, the guest must pay €20.00.
• If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, the guest must pay 50%.
• If the guest cancels within 7 days before arrival, the guest must pay 80%.
• If the guest cancels within 0 days before arrival, the guest must pay 100%.

In the event of later cancellation, or if you do not take your trip without notifying us, or if you cancel your booking only on the day of arrival, or if you do not use services in whole or in part, we retain our full claim to the
booking price.
Pitches that are not occupied one day after the reservation start date and for which no arrangement has been made for later occupation may be used by the site management for other purposes. In this case, if the guest arrives later, accommodation will be provided on another pitch. Likewise, pitches that are vacated early may be occupied by others. The occupation of unoccupied pitches by Campingplatz-Walldorf-Astoria does not constitute the provision of a replacement tenant as long as this guest could have been accommodated on another pitch at the site. (Written cancellations must be received by us between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM to count for the same day; all cancellations received later will count for the following day)

6. Limitation of Liability
Use of the pitch/parking area for self-contained motorhomes is at your own risk. The leaseholder/site manager/Campingplatz-Walldorf-Astoria accepts no liability for negligently caused personal injury or property damage arising from the use of these areas. Parents are liable for their children. Owners are liable for their animals. The leaseholder/site manager/Campingplatz-Walldorf-Astoria is not obligated to guard parked vehicles or to clean the parking and traffic areas including access routes, or to clear or grit them in winter. Should individual points of these Terms and Conditions be legally invalid, they shall apply accordingly. The remaining provisions shall remain in force in any case.

Campingplatz-Walldorf-Astoria strives to keep the web offering current, accurate, and complete at all times. Nevertheless, the occurrence of errors cannot be completely ruled out.
Campingplatz-Walldorf-Astoria accepts no liability for the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of the information provided in its web offering, unless the errors were included intentionally or with gross negligence.
